Can I purchase the lenses or frames separately?
Unfortunately, no, our lenses and frames are a package deal!

Can I get prescription lenses?
We don’t make prescription lenses (yet!), but select frames give you the option to visit an optometrist and have our lenses swapped out for your custom prescription. Swapping lenses is a possibility for all styles except Birch, Sequoia, and Cypress

Are your sunglasses UV protected?
Yes! Go ahead and have your fun under the sun, because all SunHeist shades offer UV protection.

How can I check the status of my order?
Eyes on the prize! Once we send your order, you can expect a shipping confirmation in 24-48 hours. After that hits your inbox, you can use your tracking number to follow your order’s status straight to your mailbox. You can also track your order from your SunHeist account by clicking “track my order.”

What if I need to change my order?
Think fast! SunHeist orders ship out within two business days, and once your order has shipped, we can no longer accept any changes. If you need to make a change, get in touch with us sooner rather than later, before your order hits the road on its way to you: Call 1-800-754-9624 or email help@sunheist.com to make a quick change.
Didn’t catch us in time? No worries, you’ll still be able to make an exchange or return after your order arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to really love your new shades. On the off chance you don’t, we’re here to make it right. If you recently made a SunHeist purchase and aren’t completely satisfied, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.

How do I make a return or initiate an exchange?
Return by mail instructions:
- Please fill out our Online Return Form. Upon review, we’ll send you a pre-paid bar-coded SunHeist Return Label which will allow you to send and track your return.
- Pack your items up in the original packaging and stick the pre-paid label on the outside, covering any previously marked addresses.
- Wait to hear from us! You can expect a refund via your original method of payment within 10 days from receipt of your return. We will confirm your credit via email once it has been issued.

What’s your warranty?
SunHeists are made to be high-quality, durable shades that can hang with your adventurous lifestyle –– and we stand behind that promise as long as you own our product!* If you receive a defective pair, or somehow manage to break our shades during normal use, we will replace your sunglasses for just the cost of shipping and handling: $14.95. *Our limited lifetime warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear from normal use, scratched lenses, intentional breakage, loss or theft.

If the product was a gift and I don’t have a receipt, can I still make a return or request a warranty claim?
You don’t need a receipt to make a return or request a warranty claim, but you do need proof of purchase via a purchase # –– just ask the person who was cool enough to get you SunHeists! They can find it in their original email confirmation.
