  • You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 
  • You will not be subject to a restocking fee for either a refund or exchange as long as the item or items are unused and in their original condition. 
  • Free return shipping labels will be provided for your refund or exchange. The cost of this shipping label will not be deducted from your total refund. 
  • If you selected an expedited shipping method at checkout, this will not be subject to a refund. 
  • Refunds can only be initiated to the original payment method used on your order. 
  • Expect your refund to be posted within 5-10 business days upon the arrival and quick inspection of your return. Please note, refunds post depending on your credit card company and issuing bank
  • Orders placed from November to the end of December will be eligible for a refund or exchange until January 31st.

Eyes on the prize! Once we send your order, you can expect a shipping confirmation in 24-48 hours. After that hits your inbox, you can use your tracking number to follow your order’s status straight to your mailbox. You can also track your order from your SunHeist account by clicking “track my order.”

Think fast! SunHeist orders ship out within two business days, and once your order has shipped, we can no longer accept any changes. If you need to make a change, get in touch with us sooner rather than later, before your order hits the road on its way to you: email help@sunheist.com to make a quick change.

Didn’t catch us in time? No worries, you’ll still be able to make an exchange or return after your order arrives.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to really love your new shades. On the off chance you don’t, we’re here to make it right. If you recently made a SunHeist purchase and aren’t completely satisfied, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt. In cases where it’s been more than 30 days after the date of purchase, we will extend store credit for a future purchase as long as the sunglasses are returned in “like new” condition.

Return by mail instructions:

Please email us at help@sunheist.com. Be sure to include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. Upon review, we’ll send you a pre-paid bar-coded SunHeist Return Label which will allow you to send and track your return. Pack your items up in the original packaging and stick the pre-paid label on the outside, covering any previously marked addresses. Wait to hear from us! You can expect a refund via your original method of payment within 10 days from receipt of your return. We will confirm your credit via email once it has been issued.

Pre-paid shipping labels are valid for US customers only. International customers are responsible for return postage.
