LIFETIME WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime warranty on all frames due to manufacturing defects. We offer parts and/or repairs for as many products as we can, but if a repair is not possible, we will offer you a discount on a replacement pair (for an identical or reasonably equivalent frame style of our choosing).

Unfortunately, we do not cover lost or stolen goods.

No. Lenses are not covered under our warranty; however, you are able to purchase replacement lenses through SunHeist. Please reach out to help@sunheist.com for more information and pricing.

Pictures of your sunglasses can be sent to help@sunheist.com to evaluate coverage; however, some circumstances will require the sunglasses to be shipped back for further inspection to determine if they are covered under the warranty.

Once your warranty claim has been approved, you should receive your new frames within 10 business days.

Yes, fees will range from $14.95 to $24.95, which includes all taxes and shipping.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds are available 30 days after the date of purchase, and/or the style can be exchanged for another style. If there is a difference in price, the customer will be invoiced appropriately. In cases where it's been more than 30 days after the date of purchase, we will extend store credit for a future purchase as long as the sunglasses are returned in "like new" condition.

You don’t need a receipt to make a return or request a warranty claim, but you do need proof of purchase via a purchase # –– just ask the person who was cool enough to get you SunHeists! They can find it in their original email confirmation.
